In fact, students bring a much appreciated youthfulness and vigour to our services, as well as much fun and excitement. HCF provides a range of support services for the students, recognising the importance of helping them establish new relationships, find  new accommodation and deal with the issues of moving to a new location. Tim & Grace Pegg	Student Lunches   The purpose of Student Lunches is to provide students studying away from home at the University of Huddersfield with an opportunity to meet after the Sunday service and enjoy fellowship, good food and fun with other students.   Each week a different family from the church who live in and around the Huddersfield area opens their home and provides a free meal for the students. Free transport will get you there and then back to Huddersfield afterwards.   This provides a great opportunity to relax, meet other students and also integrate and meet families in church whilst enjoying a free meal!! The University of Huddersfield is a dynamic and expanding institution. It has a friendly reputation, an excellent graduate employment record and high level of student support. Students come from all over the UK and over 80 countries worldwide.	Harvest Groups Students are encouraged to become part of our  weekly group meetings. Within this group they find help and support to move home, decorate, and find furniture! There is a mixture of young and  more mature,  providing a healthy mix of people to ensure that all members are well cared for.
	Soul Mission At the "SOUL MISSION" meeting, which is for young adults aged between 16 and 30,  young people can enjoy each other's company, experiencing a mixture of fun, entertainment and teaching on relevant subjects. Click here for more information on SOUL MISSION.

 

Fusion Network HCF is part of the national Fusion network programme, which provides practical support and events for students and helps build local church based student work. The aim of Fusion is to encourage evangelism and discipleship in the UK's academic institutions.
Christian Flat Share HCF is a member of Christian Flat-Share, whose aim is to connect those looking for accommodation, either on a room only basis or for an entire dwelling, with those looking to rent or share with fellow christians. Huddersfield University Christian Union We are a supporter of the Christian Union at Huddersfield University, and offer spiritual and practical assistance to the group. We have many former CU members within our congregation and  we are honoured to be involved in the work that they undertake.
